has been invited to make a presentation at ACDM 2010, the 15th Annual Technical and Training Conference.  The views and opinions expressed in this presentation will be only those of the presenter and/or the company represented.  The presenter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Association for Configuration and Data Management (ACDM) against any claims, losses, expenses, or damages which may be incurred by ACDM as a result of the presenter's presentation.

ACDM represents the interests of configuration and data management practitioners dedicated to enhancing the professional standing and knowledge of career-oriented personnel practicing CM and DM business practices.  ACDM's position is that an objective technical presentation, which stimulates interchange, must meet the needs of the audience and enhance the credibility of the presenter, the presenter's employer, and ACDM.

Presenters may include their company name and logo on all conference presentation materials.  The presenter's affiliation will be expressed in conference (handout) materials and during the presenter's introduction at the time of presentation.  Presenters must refrain from any commercialism in their presentation materials.  There is ample opportunity for one-to-one interchange for exhibitor participant companies during exhibitor breakout sessions.  Presenters who include information or engage in activities during their presentation, which are interpreted by the audience or an ACDM Conference official to be commercial in nature, may have their presentation interrupted or stopped at any point.
